Documents Reveal that Dreamers Order Opened Door to Relatives of Illegal Immigrants, Inundating Border Towns with Petitions for Admission
Judicial Watch announced today that documents obtained recently through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request show that the Department of Homeland Securitys (DHS) U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) abandoned required background checks late last year, adopting, instead, costly lean and lite procedures in effort to keep up with the flood of amnesty applications spurred by President Obamas Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) directive, which grants illegal aliens a two-year deferment from deportation.
Acting on a tip from a whistleblower at a federal law enforcement agency, Judicial Watch filed a FOIA request with DHS, for all communications, memoranda, emails, policy guidance, directives, initiatives, and any other correspondence respecting the scope and extent of background checks to be performed (or not) on aliens applying to the Obama administrations DACA program. The FOIA was filed on October 26, 2012.
The Immigration and National Security Act (INA) mandates a coordinated, uniform, and efficient, system of background checks. Instead, the FOIA documents reveal a costly, haphazard process, with only cursory review for the backgrounds of illegal aliens seeking deferred status.
...The Obama administration seems to be throwing public safety and national security out the door in implementing its illicit and unilateral amnesty program for illegal aliens. The costs and security lapses of this program show that this administration cant be trusted to implement any of the new security measures in the amnesty bill in the Senate, stated Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton.

And the GOP will continue to push for Illegal Alien Amnesty.....nothing to see here....move on....GOP will say
“These are not the potential terrorists, narcoterrorists, human-trafickers, etc. that you are looking for.”
Puts the lie to the nonsense that McConnell is spouting today to justify the GOP-e’s forthcoming sell-out.
The Elites just don’t care about the rest of us. They have drained the wealth and extracted what they can get out and thus giving middle America the finger.
Save
This just shows once again that whatever the GOP agrees too on immigration the Dems will play dirty pool and not follow the agreement.
The quid pro quo here is the Dems get the votes and the GOP gets the lobbyist cash. It appears that is all the Surrender Party is interested in at this point is personal enrichment.
Once again PROOF POSITIVE, THE FOREIGNER, BIG DUDE and THE REGIME think WHITIE is the main problem and needs to be checked out while ignoring the real problem. You take whitie out of the U.S. and you will have nothing but a third world country.
They (msm, both parties and Conservative media) keep repeating 11 million, wonder what the true count is — especially with this article highlighting the current increase and rush to apply
My rule of thumb is either multiply or divide by three (3) depending on why the libs would want the number lower or higher.
They don’t want us to know there are 30 Million, so 11 sounds better. They say 11 or 12, I multiply by 3.
When the Illegal Immigrant lobby “marches” the msm will report an abnormally large amount, whatever they report, I divide by 3 as the actual amount demonstrating.
“The Elites just dont care about the rest of us. They have drained the wealth and extracted what they can get out and thus giving middle America the finger.”
Figured out a way to get round this. I buy low, sell high and stay out until everything goes back dwn, then wash, rinse and repeat.
The tip off is Obama vilifying the industry and you can then pretty much guess the company. It’s the dog whistle to wall street.
Good strategy if you have the dough.
This has been going on for decades. I had a case years ago where the witnesses were all, si, I was there when little 12 year old liitle Juan was born right down the street in the house we were renting them, si, si. I was having to be held down in my seat while the judge accepted the story right after given proof little Juan and his family had been here mere months.
