Since this child was subjected to child abuse it seems likely he will act out in ways that will bring unwanted attention. This is his “parents” fault and problem and not the schools. H
Note that these two mentally ill parents are blaming normal children for their son’s problems. Back in a sane America, the two lesbians would have been deemed unfit to be parents, and the boy would have had a chance for a normal life.
That said, he doesn't have a prayer to have a normal life. :(

We need to destroy the idea that laughing at someone dressed like a clown is somehow abusive. He had eye make-up and lipstick on his face like a clown. He should have been laughed at, ridiculed, etc.
