Tel Aviv hosted its 15th annual Gay Pride Festival on Friday, with a record-breaking 100,000 spectators and participants attending the celebrations, including droves of tourists from all over the world.
The Festival began at 10 a.m. at Gan Meir park, home to the city’s gay community center, and featured performances, speeches and music. A massive parade of tens of thousands of participants started at 1 p.m., making its way from the park through central Tel Aviv and culminating at the iconic Gordon Beach.
Attendees at the event included Finance Minister Yair Lapid, Justice Minister Tzipi Livni, Minister of Culture and Sport Limor Livnat, Labor party chief Shelly Yachimovich and Meretz head Zahava Gal-on.
Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai kicked off the festivities with a speech that reflected on the journey since the first annual Pride Parade, which he emceed in 1998.

Also addressing the crowd, US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro conveyed warm wishes from President Barack Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry and the American people.
“There’s no better place to celebrate than in Tel Aviv, the friendliest city in the world to the LGBT community,” he said.

I am glad Israel lets them live freely there,
but all this promotion of homosexuailty (USA and elsewhere) is so very very sad.
The American people? I don't recall being asked. Why is our representative abroad giving de facto official endorsement of a private gathering, especially one distinguished only by sexual behavior?

Celebrating abomination is likely NOT pleasing in the eyes of Jehovah.
Yes, it is sad and weird that people identify themselves solely based on where they choose to put their “private parts.”

Nothing new under the sun. The Almighty was displeased with the nation of Israel many times during its long history. Why they want to celebrate what the Lord abhors is beyond me but He lets us all have our free will to choose.

If Tel Aviv is the friendliest city on the world for homosexuals, what’s San Francisco?
This has to spell trouble for Israel. May the Lord rein this demonic activity in. Preferably by saving the lost souls involved.

What is Gay Pride? What is there to celebrate anyway? That they love same sex and for us heterosexuals why should we celebrate with them? They love same sex—well just live their same sex lives and don’t flaunt it in the streets like its something wonderful to behold. Most heterosexuals who attend these go for the freak shows and the free entertainment. I say flux their gay sinful pride and parades of shame.

Lately I do not feel I really fit in to what society has become.Everything is upside down and twisted.I can care less about many things but when it is shoved in my face like a turd it really makes my blood boil.Maybe this is by design in the new world order of things.We just paid tribute and honor to another D-Day anniversary minus the criminal in chief of course.Those men did not die on a bloody grinder of a beach and all over Europe for turds.
