How exactly do you force a 28 year old healthy single male to go purchase health insurance? He can simply mark 2 dependents on his W2 forms so that at the end of the year he gets nothing back from the IRS. They will have nothing to take from him. If he keeps all his money in cash, they have no bank account to raid. They cannot garnish his wages, nor take his property. So how do you force someone like this to buy insurance they do not want or need?

When Pelosi kicks the bucket, I’m going to throw a block party. I’m going to invite people from my entire neighborhood to celebrate. Plus, many of those without insurance are the young and healthy, who neither go to the ER nor have other claims, will now being paying in, spreading the risk.
