A Washington woman suffering from mental and hearing disabilities was left with severe bruises on her face after she claims an officer punched over and over her because she could not understand his orders.
Megan Graham, 36, of Federal Way, dialed 911 while being arrested last Monday to complain about police brutality after being pulled over by an officer and hit in the face.
Things quickly spiraled out of control during Graham's run-in with police officers, whom the 36-year-old disabled woman had accused of hitting her several times in the face while attempting to restrain her.

Think about that very carefully- there are usually many times more applicants than there are available openings for police positions.
They get to pick the ones they want. And they picked THIS GUY????

The stupid, self-manhood-doubting sociopaths who constitute a significant percentage of American police forces now seem to think that uttering the words “stop resisting” yields the license to beat their fellow American citizens. These idiots seem to think that if they have a perception of being “dissed” they should immediately start their physical retributions to restore their honor.
We really need to fire such officers immediately to start sending the message to the rest of the force that they are meant to be protectors of the citizens and not their oppressors or overlords.

Did her license list hearing disability on it. Under restrictions mine says "corrective lenses."
My wife is a ASL interpreter and she said that most of her clients carry a card that states that they are deaf and need an interpreter or need written communication.
Good luck with that. Won't happen. A brother-in-law is a cop, and used to brag about his buddies beating down suspects, sometimes totally innocent suspects. We were buddies as teens and he was a punk. This was several decades ago, and he's still on the force although mellower now. The younger cops now are worse. I have another brother-in-law who left the police force because of witnessing the savagery; he wouldn't participate. Remember, the cops are not your friends.

the change from a year and back when i would say something negative about cops and face people on here who thought it was their patriotic duty to protect the cops.
