Liberals can’t find even one program they would cut. I literally found a trillion dollars per year that I would cut with no pain. Stimulus for foreign genitals is one of many wasteful programs we can do without.

We could easily shut down the EPA and save billions, (maybe trillions if you count cost of lost business)in unnecessary, nonsensical regulations and all of the administration costs. Perhaps open a new agency with a half a dozen people so that we don't have pollution like we did in the 1950’s and ‘60’s.
