CAPITOL POLICE SUDDENLY WANTS TO SEE TEA PARTY WEBSITES BEFORE PROTEST APPROVED.
And they are taking weeks to grant the request.
The Tea Party Patriots were planning a rally in Washington DC on Wednesday June 19th.
But they ran into a wall.
The Capitol Police want to see their websites first.
Kevin Mooneyhan from the Tea Party Patriots described this latest assault on the Tea Party:
Below is the timeline of events surrounding our June 19th rally at the Capitol. We haven’t done anything to publicize this event yet because we wanted to make sure we had the permit in hand. You know, follow the rules, do the right thing, etc.
Event Date: June 19, 2013 Permit Submitted: 5/22/2013 via fax
Officer Brown contacted me on 5/23 to ask me 2 questions If we would have a banner and if so what the dimensions would be and how we would hang it.
If we were going to have buses and to make sure that we coordinated with Union Station since the Capitol couldn’t accommodate buses.
The impression that I got was that it would likely be approved in a few days. She told me, “Hopefully the next time you hear from me, it will be to let you know that the permit is approved.”
The following Tuesday, 5/28/13 I reached out to Officer Brown for an update....

Oh it’s believable. I think the federal gummint at every level is slow-walking and stonewalling conservatives who want to have a voice. It’s a game to them: They know they’ll have to eventually approve the permits, but if they stall long enough the organizers won’t have sufficient lead time. Then the press will take up the slack by pointing out how small the crowds are.
It’s just another brush stroke on the painting.
Just do it.

Why would you think that Boener and Cantor would do something in support of the Tea Party, just because it involves defending our constitutional right to assemble freely and to petition the government for our grievances? You obviously have them confused with principled conservatives.
Why are Cruz/Paul/Lee/Kelly/Gowdy and a few others being quiet?

No. There will be no standing. The permits will be approved, but late enough to damage the cause.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
By my way of thinking, a "peaceable" assembly doesn't require anyone's approval. Period.

Just do the rally anyways.

OWS-DC had to get permits from the DC Metropolitan police, they never ‘occupied’ Capitol grounds so far as I remember. This permit is to assemble on the Capitol grounds, so different police force, the Capitol Police. (there’s also the Park Police that might get involved if they want to assemble on the Mall)
Then there will be angry blowback in turn.
Waiting on the final SC decision of 5 - 4 for the homosexuals to finish our nation. Cannot be far off or far away.
