For those who may have missed it, one of the Congressman entered into the record a letter from a constituent who headed up a taxable organization that DID NOT file for any 503 status that the IRS (15 days after April 15th) that they were eligible for 503 status, therefore they MUST file under that status. The letter from the IRS demanding this was also entered into the record.

Ping for some updates on the IRS hearing today. More American taxpayers would be taking up torches and pitchforks if they were allowed to see these hearings. As it is, even C-SPAN 3, where the media shuffled off the Rand Paul filibuster where most wouldn't see it, isn't providing live coverage of these hearings. It's a media blackout.
