I forget who said it recently but a good point was made that in the past nonconformity was symbolic of youthful rebellion but this generation is nothing but conformists. They just don't realize it. They are easily indoctrinated by pop culture and liberal teachings. Zombies! It would be nonconformist to be young and oppose this type of rhetoric.
