A Civil War is exactly what they have in mind and I am sure “O” even prays to Allah for it to come. That is what all the posturing and scandals have been about. He/they want it with every fiber of their existence. Of course people who believe as I do are just labeled crazy Conservative, racist, conspiracy nuts.

They think they’ve groomed a loyal following, but that’ll end the first time the EBT cards don’t swipe at the liquor store. And that day is approaching whether or not there’s civil unrest first.

“After a few block captains show up dead or just plain disappear, it might be hard to get more volunteer libs.

True. I never said there wasn’t the ability to fight back, but that the idea that we outnumber the other side means we win is not a foregone conclusion. They will have massive communications and the threat of instant and overwhelming lethal force. They will use it and they will prevail in all initial actions. If we want to win we had best be aware of history and the tactics these types of people have employed previously.

I constantly hear liberals call for a “bloody revolution”. They believe they have nothing to lose, it is called belligerence. They have it in spades.

Unfortunately, we are the "good guys". So the workable solution of killing off or disappearing the potential block captain types BEFORE the oppression starts is off limits. Perhaps we should set our sights on their enablers in the media?

Then there is the moral question, where does preemptive self-defense end and murder begin?

Should block captains and such tactics used then we are at war. War is Hell. I don’t believe in fighting wars like we did in Vietnam or Iraq. War is killing the enemy until they cease to exist or unconditionally surrender. Block captains would be fair game.

I look forward to your answer.

I won't be comfortable going into battle against "those people" or any people. If things go hot, everyone will suffer badly.

The Progressives will overestimate their abilities and underestimate those of their opponents.

Their opponents should not make the same mistake.

Government edicts will be enforced initially by adequately trained and well armed fighters whose commanders will be selected for willingness to obey executive orders without question.

The fighters will not be "fat cat bureaucrats" and naive college students. They will be regular military and armed civilian agents - supplemented by union thugs and irregular civilian militias who are pro-Government (think NBBP and "Sons of La Raza").

Progressive enforcement groups will often be poorly deployed and tend to overreact to real and false alarms. Dissidents will be quickly purged from the ranks and from command, but morale will be a growing problem with every deployment. Competence will decline sharply (for the Progressive forces) as the "Security Witch-hunts" decimate certain organizations.

A critical weakness of the Progressives is that they simply will never have enough fighters to secure themselves against a hostile population. And everything on their agenda is guarenteed to rachet that hostility upwards in various segments of the population.

Fundamentally, there is not enough loot to go around to all of the supporters. Somebody will get badly shorted on promised goodies and they will become uncontrollable in their resentment.

Also - there will be diversion, sabotage, or simple incompetence in distribution of loot. Imagine the consequences when the EBT system fails, for example.

Unanswered riots, desertions, mutiny, and "Blue-on-Blue" fratricide will be the clear sign announcing that the Progressives have lost. However, it is a long ugly trip to get to that point, and it would still not be the finish.

There are too many vulnerable points which cannot be defended if the cycle of reprisals begins. The short story by Thomas Bracken ("What I saw at the Coup") describes one all-too-plausible scenario.

I think it is a bit optimisic.

Remember that a key experimental crackdown (door to door gun confiscations) in Katrina came to an abrupt halt when some of the insiders made clear it was a very bad idea. Remember too that none of the confiscations involved people shooting back, and that some owners were left alone when it was made abundantly clear that they would.

I recall it only came to an abrupt halt (if you could really say that) AFTER too many folks complained and it got AIR TIME...Then the conservative political machanism (for lack of a better term) kicked in...

I have some extended family that lived in the path of that storm, and their first reaction was to meet me halfway between them and Houston one night and get me to haul out their “posessions”...

I told them NO, I will not take their weapons for safe keeping...That’s when you need them the most!!!

I do not believe the subject will ever come up again...And I am glad it will not...

People need to learn these very simple lessons, and apply them to their lives...This is no longer a game to me or anyone else I know who understands the ramifications of our oppositions intent...

It really is a shame this country hass stooped to such a low regard to its founding principles...And it is the oppositions near sightedness that believe there are not enough of us who are willing to fight to retain and regain some of what we have lost in the last 40-50 years to this Fabian Socialist agenda...

People on our side had better hope this stays as long as it can in the courts and our state houses...Because when and if it gets out into the streets, no one wins...

We would need a 40% unemployment rate for anybody to start noticing a problem.

I will settle in Davao City, Mindanao. I was there 3 months ago. I could not believe the number of ex pat Americans, Brits, Canadians, Aussies, Swedes, Norwegians, other Europeans living there. It is the most law and order city in the Philippines. I plan to move there soon. Are you in Cebu?

Consider the recent example of Christopher Dorner in California, and the disruption he caused.

Now consider it again if he’d just concentrated on shooting cops and kept his mouth shut, skipping the manifesto.

15+ million people in an uproar ... from one guy.
