It should not be lightly brushed aside that 80 percent of the so-called farm bill is used to fund a people feeding program, and has been so allocated at least during the Reign of BHO. This policy is at minimum deceptive. I wonder how much of the funds allocated to, for example, the U. S. Dept. of Fisheries, is actually used for a people feeding program.
