I really doubt every pack is going to be inundated with gay kids.The big city ones surely will. And the kids who will lose out in those situations will be the vulnerable urban poor A-A children whom groups like Liberty Council in Philadelphia have been trying to reach.

I don’t really know how many gay kids that want to be scouts, live in the inner cities. I thought they were all out getting girls pregnant and leaving them.
