WASHINGTON, May 27, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A leading Rabbi says he is furious after Vice President Joseph Biden credited Jewish leaders last week for the success of same-sex ‘marriage’ in America.
“The Jewish people have contributed greatly to America. No group has had such an outsized influence per capita as all of you standing before you,” Biden said last Tuesday night at a reception hosted by the Democratic National Committee in honor of Jewish American Heritage Month.

The same kind of Marxist brainwashing that has taken place in the liberal Christian denominations has taken place among the Jews. The crazy thing they’ve actually cynically called it “Tikkun Ha’Olam,” “Healing the World!” One thing homosexuality is not is healing the world. Just the opposite. The phrase “tikkun ha’olam in Jewish daily prayer in the alenu prayer is actually, “Healing the world under the regency of God’s rules.” God has made it crystal clear that homosexuality is forbidden under all circumstances, no exceptions. The self-proclaimed “theologians” have decided that they themselves are now God.
The secular non believing Jews in society here (just as a secular non believing Catholics are) have a disproportionately strong influence on society. I see a lot of self-hatred, strangely mixed with liberal dose of narcissism.
Love and hate for both one’s self and for society at large.

Sodomy is non-negotiable in Judiasm. Heck, a big underlying theme of Chanuka was a revolt against the homosexual practices of the Greeks and their defilement. (That’s not the focus anymore, but that’s what it was about — a rejection of secular internationalism and the embrace of Judaism.)
I’m mad at Joe Biden because he gave sound bites to the Neo-Nazis about Jews being behind the degradation of American culture and morals. Thanks, Joe. How many Jews will die because of your stupidity?

Well, Biden probably hasn't heard many conservative Jewish voices and isn't exactly a nuanced thinker. Not to make any excuses for him, but the particular Jewish audience (the event was sponsored by the DNC) to which he made those "gay marriage" remarks wasn't very offended. If anything, Biden would be inspired to make remarks like that in front of such a group, and not even have the slightest notion that conservative Jewish outsiders might be teed off when they found out what he said.
BTW, Rabbi Yehuda Levin, the subject of the posted article, was a candidate for mayor of NYC who ran on the Conservative Party line a few years back.
Mona Charen once described Reform Judaism as the Democratic party with holidays.
