The Girl Scouts, I would bet. How long before some pervert claims he is “transgendered” and demands to be allowed to go to camp and all the other “activities” with young girls?
The Boy Scouts are setting a horrible precedent, and one can only hope they are simply rejected and fall apart before it does too much damage.

BSA stepped just a tiny bit over a bright line. The ther side of that line is not, as seemed, level ground. It is a steepening slope and the surface is not firm. There is water flowing down the slope.
