Interestingly enough, this may be an RIP for the boy scouts.

I local sheriff where I live is cancelling their charter in our area due to this decision being a violation of state laws regarding sodomy.

Wow- that’s cool- Some good news at last- Hopefully your community will quickly establish a new moral organization for hte kids though-

6/26/2003 – In Lawrence v. Texas, 539 U.S. 558, the SCOTUS in a 6-3 ruling struck down the sodomy law in TX and, by extension, invalidated laws against sodomy in 13 states making homosexual activity legal in every U.S. state and territory.
