This is a First Amendment violation (essentially criminalizing normal news-gathering techniques), but likely not a Fourth Amendment violation, as they had a warrant.

They have to serve a warrant. They can write whatever they want and tuck it into their pockets and it doesn’t mean a thing.
As far as I know, they have to serve the warrant on the person who controls the property to be searched. In this case, that was Google.
