Giant octopus: IRS has 8 offices to enforce Obamacare
The Washington Examiner's Washington Secrets ^ | May 21, 2013 | Paul Bedard

Posted on 05/24/2013 11:51:35 AM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

The Internal Revenue Service, charged with implementing the biggest change in tax laws in 20 years due to Obamacare, has created eight offices and special "teams" to handle the chore, way more than initially revealed.

Besides the top office headed by the woman in the middle of the IRS-Tea Party scandal, there are seven others and a special enforcement team that make up an organization chart that mirrors the organization of the IRS itself, according to a Treasury Inspector General's report.

The June report focused on concerns that the IRS, which is filling the Obamacare offices with 2,137 agents and officials to make sure citizens and companies comply with the new health law or pay a fine, isn't clear on its new role and how many new workers it will actually need. For example, the IRS will be in charge of analyzing hospital "community benefit activities," which it has never done before.

But in that report was the organizational chart revealing the series of Obamacare offices. They are led by a steering committee that coordinates Obamacare implementation across the IRS. It is led by the agency's deputy commissioner for services and enforcement, the office linked to the IRS scandal. Ousted acting IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller recently had that job.

Other branches include three program management offices, four services and enforcement offices, and services and enforcement exchange working teams....

Holy cow, that’s a lot more offices for Miller, Lerner, Shulman, Ingram, Paz, Grant and Obama to not know anything about.

One office to see if you have the CORRECT party affiliation.

Another office to see if you are not white.

Another office to determine if you have at least
one Koran in your home.

THEN, you may get medical or surgical care within 25 months.

With a UNION? or Congress? then no wait at all.

I can't in good conscience support the move to give the IRS more influence over my life.

These public employees unions need to be abolished because no one is accountable for their criminal actions.

One whole office to ask you if you’ve been praying and what your prayers were about.

The IRS is No Longer Needed

No more complicated tax forms, individual audits, or intrusive federal bureaucracy. Retailers will collect the FairTax just as they do now with state sales taxes. All money will be collected and remitted to the U.S. Treasury

Scene: A large posh office. Two clients, well-dressed city gents, sit facing a large table at which stands Mr. Tid, the account manager of the architectural firm. (original cast: Mr Tid, Graham Chapman; Mr Wiggin, John Cleese; City Gent One, Michael Palin; Client 2:, Terry Jones; Mr Wymer, Eric Idle)

Mr. Tid: Well, gentlemen, we have two architectural designs for this new residential block of yours and I thought it best if the architects themselves explained the particular advantages of their designs.

(There is a knock at the door.)

Mr. Tid: Ah! That’s probably the first architect now. Come in.

(Mr. Wiggin enters.)

Mr. Wiggin: Good morning, gentlemen.

Clients: Good morning.

Mr. Wiggin: This is a 12-story block combining classical neo-Georgian features with the efficiency of modern techniques. The tenants arrive here and are carried along the corridor on a conveyor belt in extreme comfort, past murals depicting Mediterranean scenes, towards the rotating knives. The last twenty feet of the corridor are heavily soundproofed. The blood pours down these chutes and the mangled flesh slurps into these...

Client 1: Excuse me.

Mr. Wiggin: Yes?

Client 1: Did you say ‘knives’?

Mr. Wiggin: Rotating knives, yes.

Client 2: Do I take it that you are proposing to slaughter our tenants?

Mr. Wiggin: ...Does that not fit in with your plans?

I am so looking forward to 2014. I truly believe Obamacare will be the tipping point for RVII in one way or another. Once the libs see their healthcare go fluster-cluck, all hell is going to open wide. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Obambicare repealed by year end, even with a veto proof 2/3rds. It’s going to get real ugly - we are not Canada or Britain.

They'll have to open up a couple more offices to meet Apocalypse 13:1,

Just imagine what the inefficiencies of the VA married with thousands of new regulations which nobody read, and add in the steamroller IRS will do to the healthcare system.

Millions of bonuses given to heads of various VA operations while people are waiting months to be processed. Bonuses and promotions to IRS scum who targeted people whose only crime was believing in what the Founders gave us and we have somehow lost.

Come on, should we let this happen?

I cannot imagine a point in my lifetime where the words of Thomas Jefferson speak louder to true patriots.

If the country allows this confluence of the worst of government to control our health care then we deserve what we get but our children/grandchildren will suffer because of our spineless inaction.

The obomination administration is looking forward to the same thing. They have fully implemented the communist manifesto and are now using the Cloward & Priven strategy to deliberately crash the system.

If, no not if, when CommieCare crashes and burns, the gimmie, gimmie public will demand the government do something and that something will be exactly what the dark lord wants. Single payer! Full government control with the jack boots of the IRS as the enforcement arm.

Should the people get to violent, the now well armed DHS (our version of the KGB) will step in and make WACO look like a weenie roast.

The Congress must re-claim its authority to "ALL" legislative authority...and put the brakes on Hussein.

Article 1 of the Constitution says ALL legislative authority is given to the Congress. NO authority to create law is given to the executive branch. It is created to enforce the domestic law and conduct foreign policy. About time Congress take away the law making ability from the bureaucracies it has created.

“a special enforcement team...”

HaHaHaHa!

A special enforcement team = 350-pound, 70 IQ slugs squating and farting at their desks, stuffing their chubby cheeks with boxes of frosted doughnuts. This is obuma’s army. If you’re scared, go dig a hole, crawl inside and bury yourself.

Don’t believe me? Take a tour of your local IRS office.

They'll never do it, and here's why: being that most of these bureaucratic 'laws' are very unpopular, the congress likes having the executive branch enacting them... it is simply their dodge away from accountability.
