There are people milling around and they're all like; "Gosh .. d'y see THAT ?"

I didn't read the entire article, but the video looks like the butcher just walked away by the time the cops came.

I watched and I can’t believe that the people are milling about, without the smallest sense of fear, anger- sadness.. nothing.

Are they on a movie set? Was that woman laying down next to a dead body?
