It’s those rascally “youth groups” don’t you know? I too, did the same as you. As soon as I read “youth groups”, I knew where they were from.
The Swedish government is shipping them I suppose. Usually it's the national governments that are responsible for who gets in and who doesn't. Maybe Sweden doesn't have a national government?
There too busy driving their Ford Mondeo station wagons to their second homes (aka ice fishing shacks).
