BALTIMORE, May 20, 2013 (Operation Rescue) - The Maryland Board of Physicians has permanently revoked the license of abortionist Nicola I. Riley in a scathing 24-page order issued on May 6, which prohibits her from ever again applying for licensure or reinstatement of her license.
“In view of the fraudulent and deceptive nature of Dr. Riley’s criminal conduct, her demonstrated lack of candor and integrity on her application to the Board and to Utah and Wyoming, and her demonstrated propensity for dishonesty and misrepresentation, Dr. Riley’s unprofessional conduct is not remediable,” stated the Board. “In light of the unprofessional manner in which she treated this critically damaged patient, the Board does not believe that Maryland patients would be safe in the hands of this physician. Dr. Riley’s fraudulent acts and unprofessional treatment of the patient merit the permanent revocation of her medical license in this State.”

Her home state is UTAH, but there are efforts to get her license revoked there.
But that still leaves 48 other states and the District of Columbia...
If the State Medical Board is saying she is guilty of criminal conduct, why is she not being criminally charged?

Throwing this monster in prison would certainly limit her movement. Execution would prevent recidivism.
Having said that, I believe that if abortion clinics were subjected to proper inspection, a majority of them would have enough infractions to close them down. That won't happen, however, as long as abortion remains a sacrament for the left.
Not much demand for meat butchers these days and doubtful she would make a good one either. Snipping the mothers intestines during an abortion? She’s a ‘botcher’ and a butcher could do the work far better.
No doubt her move to Maryland was prompted by a lack of public respect for her sorry line of trade in Utah and Wyoming, where they wouldn’t allow a hack like this to delivery baby lambs on the open range.
