The Justice Department temporarily lost track of two former terrorists who had participated in its witness protection program and until recently did not disclose the fictitious identities it created for terrorism-linked witnesses to the agency that generates watch lists, allowing some who were on the no-fly list to take commercial flights under their new names, according to a new report.
A public summary of the classified report, issued Thursday by the office of the Justice Department’s independent inspector general, Michael Horowitz, revealed that the internal watchdog raised alarms with senior department officials in early 2012 about how the witness protection program was dealing with terrorism-related witnesses, leading to an overhaul of its procedures.

I wouldn’t worry. When Holder is asked questions by the press, he doesn’t claim to know anything.
I have my doubts about their recent excuses......they are always ready to lessen any report....the fact that these terrorist were given new identities and allowed to board planes because their new identities were NOT on the no fly list speaks volumes....incompetence no longer!...criminality, HOLDER STYLE
Terrorists, and illegal residents of this country in general, are some sort of protected class under the guidelines of the “Just-us” Department. Kindred souls and all that, you know.
Guaranteed free pass so long as the advocacy does not include anything about limited government, support of Israel, patriotism of the variety that supports the US Constitution, or T.E.A. party activities.
But open borders, gun control, new and unusual forms of taxation, and suppression of non-Islamic religions are held to be desirable and worthy objectives.
Under Holder, the Justice Department can’t spare the time to actually do the job they are paid to do.
They are too busy looking for racists in kindergarten and rooting out homophobes and Islamophobes in grade schools.
