Roosevelt did the same thing. Whenever someone he put in charge of a beauacracy was caught being incompetent, they were fired and then put in another in which to be incompetent. And, so it went throughout his 3 terms. The same here. Just that Obama is Roosevelt on steroids.

This woman hasn’t been seen as incompetent... quite the contrary. She’s a high-ranking officer of the Reich and received the Health Care Office posting because she showed how well she could follow orders.
