To: Kathy in Alaska; All
David is doing well, thanks very much. We had him to his Primary Care Physician today - all clear. His cheek is quite swollen - lacerations inside. This guy really cleaned his clock.

The perp is charged with Assault in the second degree, which in Maryland means assault without a firearm. Trial is set for 1July2013 at 0845 in that Citadel of Justice, the District Court of Maryland for Prince George's County located in beautiful downtown Hyattsville, Md.

Maximum penalty: imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or a fine not exceeding $2,500.00, or both. I don't know whether this guy has any priors - if not, he'll probably walk.

Hi Kathy & thank you for this evenings thread of our finest! *Hugs*

Your leaving this early? Great time of day!:)

An evening mostly to yourself is a good thing...a very good thing.

I’m making some veggies a friend grew in their garden just for myself this evening. The boys will have to fend for themselves...harsh! LOL

I have got to make time to put all my *stuff* on this new computer. I’m working with bare bones here, no birthday list, usual post codes etc. Hopefully this weekend.

Drive safe!

Good evening, Sandy! My prayers ascend on high for the Boy Scouts of America - may they survive the attack on their Code, and upon the Code that binds us all!

Good evening, Mayor! Thank you so much for the daily lesson. I've probably been that guy up in front - I know I've been the guy in back many times.

Incidents like that, and the response "I'm Sorry, man!" say a lot about what we are as civilized people, irrespective of our persuasion.

May the Lord give me the Patience to indulge my fellow man as he gropes for the Truth, as I hope he will indulge me.

New computer??? What did you get?

Getting stuff on a new one is lots of fun....not!

I emailed all my codes to myself. Then I had the same ones at work and on my laptop and they were all the same. Sorta like copying the thread codes to you and me.

It’s always fun not knowing that something is missing until you need it. d:o)

Happy veggie dinner!

Leaving early has its problems....like being stuck in traffic...like tonight.
