From Fox News Boston, a state trooper noticed a parked car near on a road leading to the reservoir, and the seven walking from a "No Trespassing" area toward the car.
They claimed that as chemical engineers, they were interested in the reservoir. Seriously.
“Boston Strong”? Evidently not.
I used to live up there and would run and ski in the forest near New Salem and it is a popular recreation spot. I remember being pissed at the fact that they let people rent motor boats to fish on the reservoir but don’t let people cross country ski in the winter (It scares and exhausts the deer in deep snow) However....no one goes hiking at midnight in the woods around the water supply....and near the dam too. Well....once is happenstance...twice is a coincidence...three times is enemy action. Probably nothing to see here....move along. /sarc
