I smell a rat on the AP story. I think it's made up between AP and the administration to deflect from Benghazi. I also think they intentionally leaked the IRS story to deflect from Benghazi. The Benghazi story has the fuel to not only take down Obama, but also the dem's 2016 candidate, Hillary Clinton. I think the decision was made to saturate the news cycles for weeks and months to come with something that they could manage and to, at all costs, deflect from Benghazi.
