Et tu, Roberto? It was bad enough for President Obama to have Andrea Mitchell jump ship this morning. But now someone who is—arguably—even closer to home has taken a resounding shot at the President's mishandling of the IRS scandal.
Appearing on Mitchell's MSNBC show this afternoon, former Obama press secretary Robert Gibbs condemned the president's "exceedingly passive" language in discussing the scandal. Obama had said there'd be consequences "if" wrongdoing were found, and spoken of "losing patience." Gibbs was scathing: that's what "I do with my nine-year old." Ouch!

This reminds me of Clinton. There were so many different scandals going on at the same time. The public could not focus on any one of them. If 0bama were smart he would get caught having gay sex and his popularity would jump ten points.

I think they’re attempting a massive distraction frmo Benghazi.
Gibbs is still in Obama’s inner circle. This was planned.
That is what I think. Benghazi must be truly horrible to try hiding it with IRS malfeasance.
Alternately, I think they are trying distract us from Amnesty being passed. If everybody is worked up Benghazi, and the IRS, how many will notice that that Amnesty is creeping through Congress?
I am also skeptical or this gift. Readings are a little high on my B/S skeptometer.
