A Philadelphia jury today convicted West Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell of three counts of first-degree murder for cutting the necks of babies born alive and viable.

I think “born alive and viable” says the same thing but CBS calls them “babies” rather than fetuses.

This is just plain unfair. You can’t tell Gosnel there is a constitutional right to kill babies in the womb and then charge him with murder when he kills them outside the womb.

Abortionist and accused baby butcher Kermit Gosnell is reportedly not winning popularity points with felons at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility. It seems he’s not faring any better with the sheriff’s department:
