Obama has enough plausible deniability in regard to knowing about (not to mention ordering) the targeting of conservative groups by the IRS. He will feign outrage over this abuse, and vow to quickly get to the bottom of the matter and hold those responsible accountable for their actions. This will be used to repair his damaged image over Benghazi. Surely a man who is so outraged over such an abuse of power by the IRS would never mislead us about Benghazi.
