One of America’s biggest problems is that we have way too many “experts” living here.

Maybe they can show me one planet in this entire universe that became a greenhouse planet because of CO2. Venus? Water vapor. The CO2 came later when it was trapped by water vapor. CO2 constitutes 0.04% of the earths atmosphere. Methane 0.00017% Zero point zero zero zero. What they are selling is a phantom. If we ran every single car and every single coal burning plant 24 hours a day 7 days a week for the next 1000 years we wouldn’t even get that CO2 percentage up to 0.05%, the atmosphere is just too massive. It’s 5,000 trillion metric tons which might as well be infinity when it comes to man made CO2 and I’m getting sick to death of liberals howling when that percentage scoots up a microbe. What are they going to do when it goes down? Demand taxes be reduced for gasoline? Yeah right.

As a scientist, I can tell you that this is not "scientific" info.

Out of thousands upon thousands of climate readings around the globe, one high one would be regarded as an artifact, or an outlier. Such points are not typically reportable, as a single datum.

Furthermore, such a thing is ridiculously easy to fudge. All they need is a smokey barbecue in the parking lot, and if the wind is right...

mmm yes, a .03% contribution to the total CO2 in atmosphere is ‘scary’

Real experts know global wasmring is a natural cyclical event which follwos very specific natural patterns- Hack scientists hell bent on perpetuating a lie parrot their hack guru al gore

Lots of people arguing on various forums that the CO2 measurements are erroneous (pointing to Mauna Loa volcano contamination) or that there are natural causes for the rise. Both notions are almost certainly wrong. The steady rise in CO2 has been measured many times in many places far away from volcanoes and right next to volcanoes and they match pretty well once the local variations are averaged out. The natural rise in CO2 would have been 5-10 ppm based on the natural rise in ocean temps (roughy 1C) following the Little Ice Age. Instead we have seen a 100-120 ppm rise that coincides with fossil fuel use.

It is possible that the CO2 is coming from natural sources, but those natural sources (e.g volcanoes) would have to be outputting at a steady rate just like manmade CO2 is. The simplest explanation by far is man made.

WOW! This is an amazing article! It desperately wanted to say that the “record” CO2 is making things warmer. But it couldn’t. Know why? Because the Earth is NOT getting warmer! Hasn’t for 16 years. I guess they didn’t want to mention that little factoid in the same article that was pimping an “all time high” CO2 number. People might get the wrong impression. Instead they totally dance around the issue by repeatedly emphasizing it was supposedly hotter a long time ago, oh yeah, and CO2 was high then too. Oh, and CO2 is high now. And did we mention CO2 is high right NOW? We’ll leave it to the reader to guess what that means.

As it is, I guess these fools must simply be hoping people have been so brainwashed and are so unable to actually think for themselves any longer that they’ll mentally fill in the deliberate blanks with “OH, current higher CO2= Global Warming”.

Wow. Highest co2 levels in a gazillion years. And yet, they can’t explain why this Spring has seen one of the mildest tornado seasons in decades.

These idiots don’t know ****. They just make it up as they go along.

Might explain why the southeastern US is experiencing incredible tree growth right now. The road crews are busy trimming the growth back to keep the freeways open. More CO2 means more wood.
