Why in hell should a gun owner identify themselves to a corrupt, unConstitutional, gun-grabbing regime?

In the corrupt, unConstitutional, gun-grabbing regime State of Chicagoland residents can't even buy ammo without a FOID card.

A few years ago nonresidents could buy ammo without a FOID card, but why feed the beast.
