Planting stories for the weekend talk shows. I wonder if the POTUS is going to have Carney through a body to the lions. For Obama to protect himself, he has to give the media their villain.
Obama can't make Hillary the fall guy. The Clinton's won't stand for it. She's loyal to herself. She'll turn on Obama in obnoxious fashion, looking like a patriotic American in the process. Hillary would become a whistle blower.
For Obama to blame someone, they have to be either in on it, or powerless to defend themselves with help from the media.

I think Obama through back channels will try to make Hillary the fall guy (gal?). The Obama machine still controls the left wing of the Rat party and if necessary they will make
short work of her.
I bet the Obama machine has a ton of stuff on Hillary and Bill.
