Just why, right now, is the IRS coming forward with this mea culpa? Is it possible that the heat over Benghazi is getting to the Obama administration and this is there way to throw a bone to conservatives and Republicans? As in, “We did some bad things. We didn't play fair, now would you back off the whole Benghazi thing and we'll try to play nice with you now.”
Is this possible or is this too wild? Why would they voluntarily just now come forward with this info and apology?
There must be earth shaking revelations coming about Obama and the IRS, this is the only reason they would preemptively admit guilt.
