Making it even harder to do business, what a great idea for the economy
I could see having some pool of days where if you actually checked into a hospital for an operation....you had two to three weeks of paid leave sitting there. The idea of poor management over this, and having six employees on a team that take fifteen days a year each of sick leave, and six employees who take one day a year each for sick leave....you as the manager will eventually figure out you’ve got a problem.
