But if you shoot a BB gun in a public park in Arizona you will be arrested.**** And the article states that he was letting his THREE year old son shoot the pellet gun in a park full of children. Then he let his daughter take the gun and ride with it around the park on her bike while she pointed at other children. This negligent father should not be our poster boy for protecting the 2nd Amendment.

 

Have you ever shot an airsoft gun? Like someone else said upthread, getting hit with a rubber band hurts worse.

These are TOYS. You’d have to just about stick one directly in someones eye to do them ANY damage at all.

This guy's family, including a 3 year old son, fired it in a crowded NY park.

Witness say that he then he gave it to his daughter who rode around the park on her bike and pointed it at two year old kids.

If you were a parent, wouldn't you be mad?

Here is a picture of the father shooting it over top of the baby carriage. Next to him is his son who he let shoot it. Sorry, I can't defend this guy. He is incredibly stupid.

He remained in custody Wednesday evening, on charges of reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest, and possession of an illegal BB gun.

I am sure she is doing that right now for a middle class New York lifestyle. Supplemented with several doses of birth control and the odd two or three abortions a decade to limit the expense of child rearing. It is the ‘responsible’ thing don't cha know. A Middle Class NY lifestyle is akin to a lower class lifestyle in any other area of the Country. She loves her huge 750 SQ’ apartment that only cost half a million dollars plus a $500 month association and maintenance fee. All to own an empty box of air 100’ in the sky. That is if she doesn't rent a $500 SQ’ apartment for $2,500 mo. In Queens it is probably a fourth floor walk up.

That's what I get for living in fly-over country -- thank goodness. It is difficult to conceive the insanity that goes on in some places: LA, SF, NYC, WDC, etc. Although, it is encroaching on us, slowly but surely.

I would hope somebody goes back to the park to “stalk” this woman and her kids. If there are any balls in her posession or pointed objects, the police should be called to take her away for posessing “toys” that could harm their childre.

That is the thing about liberals; they are incapable of self-examination. Chances are this obnoxious woman, whether intentionally or unintentionally, does something that someone somewhere would find objectionable regarding her kids. In the hyper-busybody and police-called-for-everything world liberals are ushering in, what she did to this man may happen to her. And I hope it does, even though she is in all likelihood too thick to see the irony or learn something from it.

Whatever happened to people minding their own business instead of everyone else's?
