Democratic congressman William Lacy Clay of Missouri blamed (Republican) congressional budget cuts for the terror attack on Americans in Benghazi.

Clay made the statement at a hearing for whistleblowers on Capitol Hill.

I still can’t figure out what “cuts” that dem moron is referring to; all of Ryan’s Budget Plan were spending reductions, but no real cuts. The dope almost said “sequester”, but changed it to “cuts”.

Lurch should have gone to hell; Cambodia didn’t deserve it. But at least he got some Purple Hearts out of his 3mos of “service”. Heh.
