Democratic congressman William Lacy Clay of Missouri blamed (Republican) congressional budget cuts for the terror attack on Americans in Benghazi.
Clay made the statement at a hearing for whistleblowers on Capitol Hill.

I watched it all. Except for the Dems, it was excellent & revelational (is that a word?). It also confirmed many things we knew or suspected.
