A political campaign break in, even its ‘coverup’, bears no SEMBLANCE whatsoever in the face of deliberate action to ignore, even confound potential current-event actions to lessen the impact of, events that occurred there in Benghazi.

With Lindsey (folding Chair) Graham and John (remind me which party I’m this one last time) McCain taking a prominant public stand on this matter, Obama and Hillary not only won’t be touched, hell he’ll get a third term and she’ll get four when he’s done. She could be on life support, and still beat the spineless Republican of the day.
Not only is this evidence of a destroyed nation well on it’s way out, it fricken embarrassing.
I remember Watergate. Day after day, for months, of hearings on all the stations. Night after night of news coverage on all stations.
Same for all the print media.
Benghazi? Nothing on ABC or regular tv. One might ask, “What’s a benghazi?” “What difference does it make!”

It’s not the same as Watergate simply because the Democrat Party has no moral compass any longer. They proved with Clinton even verifiable criminal acts aren’t enough to remove one of their own from power.
This is why NOTHING comes from these hearings : faced with the choice of throwing Obama under the bus and thereby admitting they have been wrong for 6 years and even helped Obama lie for the past eight month versus throwing Hillary Clinton under the bus and destroy her for 2016 the media will DO NOTHING. THEY WILL IGNORE THE HEARINGS until we stop talking about Benghazi which because Congressional GOPers are cowards won’t be long. A point I made yesterday. We owe it to the dead and their families not to let this thing go but it's a lot more upstream struggle than it ever was with Nixon. In addition to the corruption and partisanship in the media there is something quite a bit more frightening going on - the Dems feel that holding power is worth a few deaths, and that includes the Dems that pervade the media. We've come a long way since the 70's and it's all been downhill into a moral and ethical snake pit.

Except that it was the Benghazi lie that caused the American people to put Obama back in office. Had the lie been exposed instead of supported, we might perhaps have a President Romney now.
Even if Obama steps down in a Nixonian Watergate way, the Democrats still win be keeping the White House for Biden, and not Romney.
The cover-up worked, strategically, if not tacticly, for Obama.
