Complete Headline: Three naked women on all fours were spotted being led around on leashes in backyard of Cleveland kidnap house TWO years ago - but police didn't take the neighbor who called it in seriously

Neighbors of accused kidnapper Ariel Castro have revealed they saw three naked young girls crawling in the backyard of his house on all fours with dog leashes around their necks and three men controlling them, but amazingly police never responded to their call.

The shocking revelation is one of a number of stories to have emerged from neighbors who say they reported unusual goings-on at Castro's Seymour Avenue, Cleveland home to local police who either didn't respond or didn't enter the house when they did show up.

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight all disappeared about a decade ago, when they were in their teens or early 20s. They were rescued Monday after Berry kicked out the bottom portion of a locked screen door and used a neighbor's telephone to call 911.

'We thought it was funny at first, and then we thought that was weird so we called the cops.' she told CNN. 'They thought we was playing, joking, they didn't believe us.'

Soon after Castro covered his garden in tarps so no-one could see in.

Cleveland police officials said on Tuesday that the department has no records of a call for service to that home.

You’d get a much more enthusiastic response if you called with a tip about anti-government white supremacist Tea Party members.

Expensive lawyers paid for by the taxpayers will defend this human filth. In the good old days, all that was necessary was three ropes and one good-sized tree.

Having the army of government “investigators” stomping around the house of horrors yesterday after doing nothing for ten years tells you everything you need to know about law enforcement these days.

Police sources said Jocelyn was occasionally taken out of the house and would visit Ariel Castro's mother, Lillian Rodriguez, who she called 'grandmother'.

It never occurred to grandmother to ask her son who this little girl was???

What did grandmother know and when did she know it???

How many alarm signals did those cops miss?

Too many. . .considering Ariel Castro's ex-wife, "Grimilda Figueroa" a woman he is known to have assaulted on numerous occassions, is now dead (unreported cause of death) at age 48 in 2012 link.

In 2008, the 20 year old daughter of Grimalda and Ariel was in court to answer charges she attempted to slice her own 11-month old infant's throat. Grimilda testified in that hearing

"“She didn’t think straight,” said Castro’s mother, Grimilda Figueroa. “She would think things about people that wasn’t true, paranoid.”"link
Was it post partum depression or was she another victim of Ariel?

It's a safe bet that there is a lot more that will rupture the surface from the 'Castro" house(s) of horrors

Apparently the police were being besieged with prank calls, and probably treated those calls as such (heard on a FOX News broadcast last night, from a guest of Greta, I think).

From what I read in other articles, he called the girl "his girlfriend's daughter" (referring to Amanda as his girlfriend). What mom would investigate beyond that? Ariel apparently liked kids and was good with them. No reason to be suspicious that he was entertaining the little one for his GF while she was "shopping" or whatever convenient excuse there was at the moment.

Or are we just looking for as many people as possible to blame for the next few weeks in this story? Cleveland PD is already clearly going to get a lot of Heck for not getting this one sooner.

It sure speaks volumes about the Cleveland police. How many times were police alerted to that house, came and knocked on the door and then just left because no one answered??? Is that what qualifies for police work these days.

And the 2004 incident that involved CPS when they knock and no one comes to the door, the investigators just go back and close the file.

And there are people on this forum that defend this incompetence as part of their constitutional rights. What about the prisoners in that house??? Where were their constitutional rights???

Lay the blame for this where it belongs....1960’s Liberals and the culture of moral relativism.

1958 - My neighbor is parading three naked women around his yard on dog leashes? Call the cops, Mabel, while I get my gun and round up the men of the neighborhood to do the same.

2013 - My neighbor is parading three naked women around his yard on dog leashes? Oh, so THAT’S how they party, eh? Well, who am I to be judgmental? To each his own, right? I wouldn’t want to be branded the neighborhood crank or religious nut or anything...

So she’s taking care of the girlfriend’s daughter and never met the girlfriend and never wanted to???

And that little 6 year old never gave her a clue about where she really lived — about the house of horrors???

The best she can claim is willful ignorance.

We were better off in the days of the busy body.

When I was a kid virtually every adult in the neighborhood knew my parents and was not shy about calling them if they saw me getting into trouble. And I'm all the better for it.

Fox was invited into a neighbors house and they had a picture of Obama on the wall. What can you expect from a neighborhood full of retards.

I was thinking the same thing. If, 50 years ago, someone called the police to say a man was leading naked women around on leashes in his yard, the police would have shown up and actually spoken to the man and located the women. He may have been arrested simply for public indecency. Today, people view a naked woman being led around on a leash as a “lifestyle choice” and are conditioned to not question it for fear of being judgmental.

Yes, Ohio has the death penalty. To the extent that the Federal courts will ever let ANY state actually execute ANYONE anymore.
