Well I think the people of SC need their heads examined for nominating the fool, but once nominated the morons left us little choice. I was making a joke. Sorry if you thought the joke was on you.

Do you want to know how it all came down? Mark's former employees and hacks approached him to run. There is deep suspicion that this was aided and abetted by Colbert Busch's people because they figured this district hated Sanford enough that she'd have a real chance. I think this suspicion is bourn out. The SC GOP is behind Lindsey Graham, I'd remind you, and there are a lot of Democrats who turned coat when the state turned red. But tea partiers like me went against the good ole boy former-Demcrat corrupt GOP and got Haley into office. I wish Palin had come to help keep Sanford out, but the primary was packed and Bostic's vote was watered down.

Then the Dems were gleeful at Sanford's victory in the primary; it was their best chance. And Republicans only gathered to vote against Busch, and now have to suffer with having a Teddy Kennedy, opening the whole state to shame and mockery and the endless Jon Stewart youtube videos by email...

I believe we'd have been better off with Busch, who we could have defeated easily in 2014 with a decent person like Bostic. I fear we're stuck with the Deep South version of Teddy Kennedy.

No SC Republican endorsed him.
