A week ago, Democrats quoted late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel in their demand that a challenge to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president be dismissed.
Now, those raising questions about Obama say they are bringing in professional law-enforcement investigators to shed light on the dispute.
It comes in a case brought by attorney Larry Klayman in which 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh McInnish are seeking to force Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman to verify that all candidates on the state’s 2012 ballot were eligible to serve.
The case, dismissed at a lower level, is now being appealed to the Alabama Supreme Court, where strict constitutionalist Roy Moore was elected chief justice last November. The case becomes all the more intriguing because Moore is on record previously questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president.

Last week, the Democratic Party insisted, “In order for one to accept the claim that President Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery [and that he is ineligible], one has to buy into a conspiracy theory so vast and byzantine that it sincerely taxes the imagination of reasonable minds.”

If Klayman is involved it's dead in the water. Klayman is a loser ... any FR type that was around during the Clinton years will attest to that fact.

It does not matter how many times a birth certificate was forged.

Any other president like tie CIC would have been impeached long ago, literally several times over. Never have there been so many reasons to impeach one president. The most vile despicable untransparent traitorous treasonousr administration in history. I hope Joe doesn’t let up. If I were him I would have guards posted around my house and office with military grade weapons.

Conspiracy is only when it isn’t true. It’s been proven. It doesn’t take much to tax Dem’s minds does it? And reasonable? At what time have the Dems been reasonable the last 5 years?
The only thing “vast” is ignorance and cowardice.
Unfortunately, that is not true. He can even be a 'Natural Born' Citizen, but only if he's a Democrat.
If it had been proven then Obama would be gone and we wouldn't be having these discussions.

That may also be the wrong word, but the Akaka fellow who signed and sealed the responses to the two secretaries of state (Arizona and Kansas IIRC) would have to carefully parse words to carefully hide one of two things: an embarassing or potentially disqualifying item on an original ceritificate on file in Hawaii or a modern forgery of an original certificate that was then placed in the file. The former seems a lot more likely from all of the evidence, not just the reproductions of the cert.
Fine - let's just look at the evidence!
Philly had 59 divisions (i.e. precincts) with zero Romney votes out of 1687 divisions in the city. I'd be very surprised to see 500 voters in any of those divisions (most had 500 to 2000 voters) complain about much of anything except the size of their handouts or redlining by companies who don't want to get shoplifted.
What taxes my reasonable mind is how it keeps getting dismissed without actually ever going to a fair trial.
It is always dismissed on a technicality such as standing or some other Bullshit.

I doubt Speaker John Boehner has the stomach to allow impeachment hearings against any Democrat President for any reason. Even If the Democrat President was impeached, it is nearly impossible to imagine a Harry Reid and Democrat controlled Senate would vote to convict on any charge. The Republican controlled Senate would not vote to convict Bill Clinton in 1999. 10 Republicans, along with all Democrat Senators voted “not guilty” on the perjury charge!
As far as the Republican establishment is concerned trying to impeach a Democrat President is like handling toxic waste. I predict if there ever is an impeachment again, it will be a Republican President by a Democrat Congress intent on neutering the Republican.
