Not enough Alpha personalities. Most Americans and Canadians are looking for fair masters, not individual liberty. Individual liberty requires a high level of self reliance and most Americans and Canadians are lacking in this area. I am certain public schooling has a lot to do with it.

Because we/they have had no experience with a totalitarian system?
(Which is what Islam is, with its all-controlling imams, strict Sharia laws, etc.) Germany has seen this movie before, and it doesn't end well ...
