The bottom line? Any psychiatrist who failed to report all of his patients to the NICS system risks losing everything if any of them engages in harmful conduct. Soon the rule of thumb will be: See a shrink; lose your guns.

I used to insist that if you want justice, avoid the judicial system... and if you want to stay healthy stay away from the doctor. Anymore there is, obviously, a government/medical industrial complex... It's the next wave of intrusion into our lives and usurpation of our rights. I see this newest ad on the television set with the guy from The Matrix pedalling software and technology for electronic medical record keeping and basically plugging into a collective in the name of health. This is GE crap... combined with 0bamaCare and more and more intrusion all I am left to say is that if you want to stay healthy and retain your God-given rights as a Human Being, WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT EVER GO TO THE DOCTOR. I am seriously at the point of going to Chicago and getting some Black Market "merchandise" off some crackhead ghetto gansta thug, then not bothering with any permitting and registration. What? The cops are going to search the trunk of my car? Not without a F***ING WARRANT. I am going to be treated like a criminal because I cried once at my Grandmother's funeral? Try to get someone who is genuinely mentally ill and dangerous committed to a medical facility. It’s near impossible these days. The reason is a physician and a judge both have to find the individual incompetent. There have been so many lawsuits over forced confinement that it’s very unlikely you’ll find a doctor and judge in the same jurisdiction willing to take the risk.

I do not have to comply with Executive Orders since I am not employed by any part of that branch of government. In fact, I am not a government employee. Only Congress can make laws. Obama can’t.

1. Constitutional issues, which I believe shall be decided in the ballot box.
2. Political issues, which are between me and my God.
3. Familial issues, which are between family members, only.
4. Any subjective electronically generated questioning from the federal government.
5. Social issues that include any gender-bending, gender-substitution, or gender-revocation by the owner of that human body, in question.
