B12 is the risky one.

Whenever someone tells me they are a vegan, I ask them how they get their b vitamins. So many are clueless.

You can get it from yeast ~ but if you have a problem in retaining it you need more than that ~ a daily sublingual B12 pill keeps the visions and funny stuff away!
