B12 is the risky one. Although you don't need much since it gets recycled, you do need something, and without it you'll start to fall to pieces and go crazy and no one will want you around.
They are condemning every chil' in the school with the slightest intestinal absorption problem with mental illness and an early death.

Whenever someone tells me they are a vegan, I ask them how they get their b vitamins. So many are clueless.
