And what of the detonator, the one who remote detonated the bombs. Has anyone zeroed in on the woman carrying the five or six yellow helium balloons who led the brothers ontop the sidewalk then stepped aside to let them pass ... yellow balloons can be seen rising from behind and back tot he left of one of the bomb sites. Did the detonator just float away with the yellow balloons? And, BTW, the yellow balloon woman steps to the building against which another female with a bulging backpack is leaning.
Now you know I can’t answer those questions....so I am assuming they were rhetorical. (Grin)

you see at the 17 sec. point Djokher passes in front of a chunky looking woman leaning against the wall with a large blue bag and wearing a stripped sweater/shirt. At the 18 and 19 sec. point she seems to begin making a cell phone call. Not for a moment did she turn her head toward either bomber, but she surely saw them.
It could be an innocent coincidence, or maybe not . . . .
I hope the police have tried to identify her and check out what she was doing there.

It would be rather foolish for someone to wear distinctive clothing and stand right in front of a surveillance camera to do something related to a bombing, but foolish or not maybe someone did not realize they needed to be more careful.

Are you saying balloon lady released the balloons BEFORE the bomb went off?
Have you seen the Kazaks photo Cap Huff discusses?
Look at the video and watch the timing that striped-shirt lady uses cell phone.
