Video clearly shows the five or six yellow balloons rising behind and left of one of the bomb sites AFTER the bombs had both exploded. If you were carrying a radio control for detonators, letting balloons carry it away from you after using it would be a way to be ‘clean’ if questioned. I had not seen anything at Huff ‘n Puff, I don't go there, ever. I am however an astute observer since I write freelance (vigilante) crime fighter novels.
