FBI closing in on 'Misha': Agents identify mysterious .. radicalizing the Boston bombers

The FBI has revealed that they now know the identity of the American known as Misha who helped radicalize the Boston bombing suspects.

Family members of dead bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev have described Misha as the guiding influence in the elder bomber developing radicalized views.

Speculation as to who Misha is has varied wildly in the past week, with some suggesting he is the mastermind behind the marathon bombings while others believe he could be a Russian spy - sent to identify and keep tabs on young men like Tamerlan who are at risk of turning to militant Islam.

To date all that is known about him is that he is an Armenian man in his 30s with distinctive red beard and that he has disappeared - no longer living in the Cambridge, Massachusetts area.

However, family members have been telling reporters that in the years before the Boston marathon bombings, Tamerlan, 26, fell under the strong influence of a new friend, a Christian who converted to Islam and who steered the religiously apathetic young man towards adopting strong Islamic views.

Deval, Menino and Kerry are clearly culpable----and other govt officials who aided and abetted. They used govt authority---and prolly govt funds to facilitate this. They need to be nailed bigtime. Here's one way.

The Bank Secrecy Act needs to be mobilized here---since banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes.

<><> To cover their tracks, faked and forged govt invoices might have been created to falsely show that money deposited into state/city govt accounts were being used for legitimate purposes.

The scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for fraudulent uses.

<><> L/E should be directed to get ahold of: (1) copies of state/city govt checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) state/city govt correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records.

L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub-brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize state/city govt bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

It is a good catch, yet I wonder, might there be more success in charging them with obstruction of justice. I doubt any of them would be charged with conspiring.

Boston bombers’ timeline:

Oct. 21, 1986 – Big T born in Kalmykia, Russia. Mama does not dress Islamic.
March 2002 – Papa Anzor Tsarvaev and White cap seek political asylum and immigrate to US. Mama may or may not have come with them. Big T and sisters are left with aunt in Kyrgyzstan. Family gets on welfare.
July 19, 2003 – Big T, age 16, finally joins parents in US
June 2006 – Big T graduated from Cambridge Rindge and Latin high school and made friends with international students.
Sept 2006 to 2008 – Big T attends community college part time
July 19, 2008 - Big T and mama have been in America for the required 5 years so are eligible for US citizenship. Big T gets legal permanent residency. At some point mama gets US naturalization.
2008 – mama says Big T gets religion
2009 – Big T and uncle have falling out. Big T calls uncle an infidel. Big T quit work and college. Uncle says Big T getting radicalized at Cambridge mosque. Uncle’s ex-wife is daughter of high ranking CIA officer Fuller.
2009 – Katherine Russell converts to islam
April 2009 - Big T’s wrestling magazine article. Wants to represent US in Olympics and become naturalized US citizen although he doesn’t have any friends and doesn’t understand Americans. Boxing club president stated he was an underachiever because he did not dedicate himself to the proper training regimen.
May 2009 – Big T arrested for beating girlfriend
2010 – Big T’s domestic abuse case dismissed
2010 - Golden Gloves of America changed rules to ban non-US citizens at Tournament of Champions level.

Precisely. In a world where Trust isn't just a name on a bank, we could be certain the federal authorities would identify Red Beard as "a person of interest" from whom is required "assistance with certain inquiries."

Their sole interest would be information and certainly to spy out this person's culpability, if any.

Instead, there are multiple credible sources citing this character and relating him to at least three story lines, including one questioning his existence.

The credibility of the FBI used to be a concern generally held by everyone, with good reason. It's clearly now hardly a secondary concern, by some, and a Modus operandi of this administration's culture.

Yes, indeed, the Nuremberg Defense should not apply, ever. Its being suggested, even as a subtext, is not a hopeful sign.
