Tupelo, Mississippi (CNN) -- A Mississippi man has been arrested in connection with the investigation into ricin-tainted letters sent to President Barack Obama and other officials, federal and local officials said.

FBI agents arrested James Everett Dutschke of Tupelo at his home early Saturday without incident, said FBI spokeswoman Deborah Madden. Earlier this week, agents searched Dutschke's residence and former martial arts studio, though it's not clear what they found.

On Tuesday, prosecutors dropped charges against another man, Paul Kevin Curtis of Corinth, Mississippi, who was arrested April 17 and accused of sending a threat to the president after letters containing a suspicious powder triggered security scares around Washington.

At a court hearing the day before the charges were dropped, Curtis said he was being framed and identified Dutschke as a potential culprit.

He ran for local office as a Republican in 2007.

And then after that he ran for local office as a Democrat.

Also was arrested for child molestation last year.

It will be reported this way: "A Mississippi man, who was the Republican candidate for local office in 2007, was arrested today and charged with mailing a ricin laced letter to Presdident Obama."

Not to mention he just ran, he didn’t win, so the Republicans rejected him. Evidently so did the Democrats. Like Tim McVeigh, who tried to join a militia group, but they wouldn’t allow it. It is amazing how much falsehood a determined propagandist can extract from an incomplete truth.

His action was apolitical. He was after the judge over personal matters, the rest of the recipients were selected to throw the authorities off the scent.

Oh, and he is a dumbass too.

Is this the case where a relative said the charges were absurd because they didn’t have any rice in the house?

This one sounds whack too. You just don’t throw together a batch of ricin.

No principles or core beliefs, just wants to hold office, ran last as a democrat and then arrested for child molestation, I’ll consider him a democrat even though he is still a “suspect.”
