The number of jobless reached 3.224 million in March, the equivalent of 10.2 percent of the workforce. Unemployment has increased by 11.5 percent in a year, exceeding the record set in 1997.

I have to respectfully disagree, socialism is extremely successful at achieving its practitioner’s #1 goal...winning elections and buying power with other people’s money.
