Oh, say, like 400 sq/ft hovels for mass residence structures intended to “allow” you a living space with access to everything you “need” within a radius where you wouldn’t need to burn any dinosaurs to get to said “needed” items. Better than a radicalizing mosque in any case. Religion of pieces.

I thought it was a done deal, especially since Nanny Bloomers wanted it so bad (to square up pending deals in Dubai).

I could be wrong, but I believe the local unions had much to do with this outcome.

Kudos to the NY unions - come one, come all to Carmine’s on 44th - I’m buying!

What a great idea!

Put a thousand or so pubic hair faced muzzies all in one location, so these cockroaches can ruin the entire neighborhood!

Lisa Barron is an idiotic sham of a reporter for losing the battle of language, this guy is NOT a “developer”, he is a out and out scam artist who has been fully exposed as such in numerous court filings and media reports.

Don't believe anything this snake says.
From Atlas's site earlier this week:
Ground Zero Mosqueteer El-Gamal Buys Both Next Door Buildings for Millions
El-Gamal has worked in real estate for more than a decade, but at least a half dozen of his deals have been bogged down by lawsuits and allegations of owed money. In 2011, Con Edison threatened to evict Park51 because it hadn't paid $1.7 million in rent. El-Gamal later sued the utility, claiming it overvalued the property and miscalculated rent. A Manhattan Supreme Court judge sided with Con Ed's appraisal, but the litigation has continued. Last week Khalil Sikander, an investor in two Washington Heights residential buildings, sued El-Gamal in Manhattan Supreme Court, accusing Soho Properties of mismanaging the properties, withholding account information and not paying its bills. Sikander claims El-Gamal's firm didn't keep accurate records, failed to rent apartments and used inexperienced and unlicensed contractors to perform work on the buildings. "He didn't pay bills," Sikander's lawyer, Claude Castro, said. "We want to look at the books and records. We want an accounting. We want to see why these bills have not been paid." In 2012, El-Gamal filed a lawsuit against Sikander, accusing him of poorly repairing another Washington Heights residential building they had worked on together.

You raise a good point.

Muzzies won’t just be worshipping their moon god at Ground Zero, they’ll be polluting the memorial site 24/7.

Tourists visiting the WTC footprints will be accosted by supremacist muzzies demanding baksheesh just to leave them alone. They’ll leave Ground Zero not only sad but madder than h***.

Maybe that’s a good thing.

Looks like he paid too much by 30%, he’ll be dependent on Muslim donations to fund the mosque construction to be able to lower the pricing on the condos/retail mix. Basically, he bit off more than he can chew.

Jennifer Gould Keil of the New York Post also called the crooks in question “developers”.

Do you think he couldn’t get enough “donations” for
a mosque at the site of the greatest moslim “victory”?

That’s probably where all the real money would come
from.

Plus, if they moove in enough muslim families, well,
they’ll naturally need a mosque close by right?

In the U.K., there is a group of guys who identify buildings which are to be made into mosques. They go out and pour pigs blood on the site.
